The Ukrainian World Human Rights Association is a non-profit, voluntary research and educational organization committed to the articulation and promotion of the Ukrainian community’s interests and the defense of the civil liberties and human rights of Ukrainians in Ukraine and elsewhere.
A principal concern of
the Association are Ukrainian communities in various countries, these include,
in particular, aboriginal Ukrainian communities in countries bordering with
Ukraine, Ukrainian communities in countries and regions to which Ukrainians
have been deported to in the past, and Ukrainian communities in countries to
which Ukrainians immigrated in past centuries and recently.
